Used condition made by whelen. These were removed off various fleet vehicles. We have multiple in stock and all will have cosmetic wear including scratches scuffs small dings grime etc.
NO BRACKET IS INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING. you need a howler siren amplifier to run this speaker. It will not run by itself
Will work with the newer core chowler amp or older howler speakers.
