We do ask that you notify us within 7 calender days after confirmed delivery of your items to notify us of any issues with your order. After 7 calender days we are not responsible for any issues or discrepancies.

Brooks Government Surplus LLC is not responsible for the use or misuse of the equipment used by a 3rd party. If you are not in the public safety or construction industries we highly advise against purchasing any emergency vehicle equipment.
