Icom IC-91A VHF/UHF transceiver Dual band radio LIGHTLY USED

Used condition removed from a large city government agency. These were made by Icom and were to be used as a VHF/UHF transceiver radio. We have two in stock and each was received in the factory box and each includes the radio, antenna, battery pack for two AA batteries(batteries not included) charger for a rechargeable battery pack(rechargeable radio for the battery is not included) and the instructions. Each radio has very light wear from routine use including very light scratches or scuffs and residue where inventory stickers were on the units. The radios appear to have one channel programmed into the radios. WE TESTED FOR POWER AND SOUND ONLY AND BOTH APPEARED TO WORK WE HAVE NO WAY OF TESTING TRANSMIT OR RECEIVE POWER OR TO REPROGRAM THE RADIOS. WILL SHIP WITH THE CURRENT PROGRAMMING AND MUST BE PROGRAMMED BY THE END USER.
