Will have some light cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, dings, very light grime, etc. Multiple in stock and may not receive the exact pictured part. This is for a whelen Howler Low frequency siren amplifier ONLY. No cables or speakers are included. Can use to replace a defective unit or if you vehicle still has the wiring installed. Must tie into an existing normal siren system to work properly.
