Unbranded 8 light traffic advisor lightstick red blue

Used condition. Removed off a decommissioned police vehicle. Has light cosmetic wear from use but appeared to be interior mounted. Has about 6 foot of cable harness. No brackets are included. 
Measures 35 inches long. This is an off brand sticklight that looks like a copy of a whelen dominator lightbar. Off brand and has no markings so we have no idea who manufacturered this bar. 
REQUIRES A TRAFFIC ADVISOR CONTROLLER TO FLASH OR DO TA PATTERNS.  THIS has 8 individual negative wires to control each module and one common positive.
