Used condition. Bench tested and fully working. Has cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, Lense yellowing, and some light rust on the hardware. Has about 8 inches of wire harness and includes a rubber gasket. 
Price is for the pair pictured. Will receive the exact pictured lightheads. One red#EP2SSMDBR and one blue #EP2SSMDBB. Both have 8 led diodes in each and are fully working. Each head has a built in flasher.
