Sound off signal nERGY 400 series siren 100 watt rotary knob NEW ETSA483CSR

New old stock in the sealed sound off signal factory box. Multiple in stock and some were opened to check contents or to take photos. 
This is a 100 watt siren and light controller. Includes 9 10 amp outputs and 3 20 amp outputs. Also has a siren amplifier that can run a single 100 watt siren speaker. Unit is programmable and has 8 push buttons and a 3 position slide switch. This is the rotary knob version for changing the siren tones.
