New old stock made by Setina. This is brand new in the factory box but the packaging had some wear from shelf storage and very light moisture. This may have light scratches or scuffs from storage. This is for the 2013 to 2019 era Ford Police Interceptor Sedans and please note we CANNOT CONFIRM IF THIS MODEL WILL FIT THE TARUS. Please check prior to ordering.  This includes the required install brackets needed. This is their Aluminum bumper model.
