New old stock and received via surplus from a large city police department. We believe these were proteck tactical right before safariland took over. 
Multiple in stock. Some have tags and 2 do not. For whatever reason proteck has some of the secure strings for the mags black and on some green. Also some have molle webbing and some have a strap. Will ship at random. Mounts on a molle vest and provides storage for 3 AR style mags. OD green.
