For converting 12 volt DC power in a vehicle (works between 11 and 16 volts) with 15 amp max and converts to 15 V 8.0 Amp for use with a Panasonic Toughbook. These are tested and working. Will include the power in cable(will be either hardwire or cigarette plug) and the Toughbook specific power in cable. Please specify what power in cable you need or a random one will ship and is due to availability and what is in stock.
