Used condition removed from decommissioned fleet vehicles that may have been police, fire, EMS, or public works. Will have some light cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, dings, very light grime, etc. Multiple in stock and may not receive the exact pictured part. WE DO NOT HAVE THE EXACT COMPUTERS TO TEST OPERATIONAL CONDITION. WERE REMOVED OUT OF ACTIVE VEHICLES. PLEASE LET US KNOW WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER RECEIVING IF ANY ISSUE ARISES. 
 
For Mounting a Dell Latitude 12 or 14 laptop. Unit includes the mounting bracket and screws to mount to a havis slide arm. Unit DOES NOT INCLUDE any keys but the unit is unlocked.
