This is a 15 inch swing arm designed for taller dash mount applications where you would need the laptop dock to be a few inches lower than a standard swing arm. Includes the needed levers for use. Some will have install hardware some may not. This mounts to either a pole mount, flat surface, or a side console riser tube to mount a laptop dock.
