New old stock government surplus. These were in the factory packaging and never used.  Last city agency did sit outside and the boxes got wet. Headache racks were removed with the hardware and were unaffected minus some very faint grime or rust. These are new and never mounted. Reported to be used for older model Chevy pickups but we have no idea the exact vehicle fitment. They do include what looks to be an universal bolt mount kit. Please review the below dimmensions to check to see if it will fit your application.
Bottom to each foot 69 1/2 inches wide
Top 56 1/2 inch wide
Brackets are 8 1/2 inches long(each has 3 drilled holes for the bolt install kit
