Used condition removed off a decommissioned police Durango. This kit was received with a new hardware bag. Appears two brackets are missing and not included. This bumper is a very heavy duty bumper with wraps for a 2019 to 2020 era dodge Durango. Has some light cosmetic wear from use including scratches, scuffs, dings, rust, and grime. 
Has 2 precutouts for mounting various warning lights on the top front bumper and one on each side.
