This is a cable assembly made by ford for the 2020 to 2025 Police Interceptor Utility vehicles to run the fomoco spec auxiliary lighting. This harness appears to have three plugs for a whelen cencom carbide(4 pin power/ground, 8 pin large amp power outputs, and the 18 pin auxiliary input/siren/low current outputs)
We have multiple in stock and all appear to never have been used but we cannot confirm if brand new or were takeouts of new FPIU. We have no idea what the other wiring is supposed to go to. Please reference ford upfitting manuals to confirm compatibility for your needs. Also note ford had the wiring colors changed on the plugs for the carbide and will not match the whelen manual.
