Code 3 supervisor visor bar red blue

Used condition. Bench tested and fully working. Has a set of 4 brackets(#T09633, #T09631, #T09632) BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT EXACT VEHICLE THESE ARE DESIGNED TO FIT. THE BAR WAS MADE IN 2006 SO WE BELIEVE A 2006 ERA TYPE VEHICLE. MAY BE A 2006 TAHOE BUT AGAIN WE HAVE NO IDEA AND ARE UNABLE TO FIND THE CODE 3 MANUAL TO VERIFTY CORRECT FITMENT. 
 
In an alternating red blue mix. Has moderate cosmetic wear including scratches scuffs etc. Has a long power cable that's longer than 6 foot. Will receive the pictured lightbar
