These are in used condition and were received from a police department. We have over 100 in stock in various sizes as listed below. They will all have cosmetic wear ranging from like to moderate wear from routine use. We have thrown away any of them that have significant tears over one inch or bad stains.Please understand that these may have small rips, very small pinholes or other cosmetic wear or grime from use.
