THESE ARE SOLD AS IS UNTESTED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A LOT OF 5 PER LISTING PRICE. NO CABLES ARE INCLUDED. THESE DO NOT WORK WITH THE NEW WHELEN COMMAND SOFTWARE AND USE AN OLDER PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE. AGAIN WILL NOT WORK WITH COMMAND. SOLD AS IS. MOST ARE MANUFACTURED AROUND 2008-2010 ISH. We believe these were preprogrammed to operate the Whelen Liberty 1 lightbars that were made around the same timeline.
