Made by Whelen and is in the original factory packaging. Missing the install instructions but includes the hardware bag with a legend sheet, wire harnesses, bracket, and other accessories. This is a programmable unit via the rear dip switches and allows you to control low power accessories like lightbar trigger wires or to trigger relays to run higher amperage equipment. NOTE THIS CANNOT POWER LARGE AMPERAGE OUTPUTS.
