New old stock in sealed Whelen packaging. This is a Whelen 700 series light that has a strobe bulb similar in size to a 400 series and a Halogen bulb. This can be used to have both strobe and halogen flashing in one lighthead.
NOTE THE STROBE TUBE REQUIRES AN EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLY.
