Used condition removed off various police, fire, or fleet vehicles. These are designed by Whelen to mount M4 to the front of a push bumper or other flat object as a 90 degree L bracket. No hardware is included and we have multiple in stock. All have light cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, dings, light rust etc from routine use.
