Whelen Liberty 1 Lighbar GTT IR traffic emitter with LED TAKEDOWNS USED

Used condition made by Whelen with the traffic emitter made by GTT. This was removed out of a Liberty 1 series lightbar and mounts into the middle to provide two LED Takedown lights and a center mounted LED traffic emitter. This bracket will only work in the Liberty 1 series lightbars. Both the LED takedown modules and the LED emitter have been tested and are in working order. The emitter has about 3 foot of wire off the unit with a plug inside. NO CONTROLLER IS INCLUDED. Unit will have normal cosmetic wear from routine use including scratches, scuffs, dings, etc.
 
NOTE WE RESTRICT OUR SALE OF ANY AND ALL TRAFFIC EMITTERS TO CERTIFIED POLICE DEPARTMENTS, EMS AGENCYS, OR FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND CAN ONLY BE SOLD AND INSTALLED ON OFFICIAL FLEET VEHICLES. NO PRIVATE SALES ARE ALLOWED AT ALL. THIS IS TEXAS STATE LAW AND IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL TO PRIVATE SELLERS. 
 
NOTE Upon purchase we require a department letterhead to state the agency, what type of vehicle this is going on, and signed by the chief or fleet manager and sent to hbrooks@brooksgovernmentsurplus.com. We must have the letter on file prior to us shipping. If we do not receive the letter within 7 calendar days of sale we will refund the amount.
