Made by Whelen and in the original factory packaging. This is a strobe power supply to power and flash older strobe hideaways or other strobe tubes. This has 4 outputs with each having a 3 pin plug. Includes the 4 pin power and pattern wire harness and install hardware. 
FOR STROBES ONLY. WILL NOT FLASH HALOGEN OR LED LAMPS.
