Whelen BL405A BLINK 4 outlet halogen flashers USED 01-0882244-00

Used condition removed out of various decommissioned police and fleet vehicles. Multiple in stock and all have light cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, dings, grime, tape residue, etc.
THESE ARE ONLY FOR USE WITH A WHELEN BLINK SYSTEM AND REQUIRE A MPC01 TO MPC03 controller to operate. The programming is not available any longer so please understand you must have the system currently or have it programmed with someone who still has the software. This is a 4 outlet halogen flasher. 
No plugs are included.
