Star Signal front red blue visor bar

Used condition. Tested and working but about 3 led diodes are not working. 
Red blue alternating. Has off on switch, pattern change button, and a button for 3 red leds as a map light. Believed to come out of a dodge charger but unknown. We believe this is a universal model and could fit various cars but no guarantee is made. 42 inches long. Has about 6 ft of power cable
