Used condition made by Jotto Desk. This was removed from various fleet vehicles (police, fire, Ems, construction, etc). This is used and will have some cosmetic wear including any of the following: scratches, scuffs, dings, grime, very faint rust on hardware, or other normal cosmetic wear.
