This kit is designed to mount in a 2013-19 Ford Interceptor Utility or a 2011-19 civilian Ford Explorer. This mounts to the front two bolts of the passenger seat to provide a pedestal floor mount for a laptop riser. The top can mount a laptop docking station. This is a complete kit brand new and never used.
