New old stock government surplus made by Havis. The last agency left out in the rain in the new packaging and the product was removed from the packaging by us. The console appears brand new and has no wear minus very faint scratches. Includes the hardware bag with the back mounting bracket. This is a low profile console for use with the angled havis consoles. 3.125" high, 9" wide, and 8" length
