Havis C-HDM-102 Heavy Duty Floor Mount 2000 To 2014 Chevy Tahoe.
 
MULTIPLE AVAILABLE AND MAY NOT RECEIVE THE EXACT PICTURED MOUNT. Each mount includes a 45 degree mounting wedge. Will have moderate cosmetic wear including some rust, scratches, and scuffs. Reccomend repainting if new look is needed.

2007 to 2014 chevy avalanche, Sierra 1500, and silverado.
2007 to 2014 Sierra, 2500, 3500
2000 to 2014 chevy suburban, tahoe, tahoe special service, yukon,, and Yukon xl.
 
The newest model from havis added a small L bracket for the swing arm support. These are the older models without that mount.
